Introduction and analysis
At the meeting, we will discuss current goals and talk about the team’s needs for psychological support. We will tell you more about us, our approach and products, and answer any questions.
Selection of the optimal solution
Based on the information received, we will select a comprehensive program of psychological support for employees. We will take into account the specifics of your company and current goals to ensure that the support program best suits your needs.
Implementation of the program
We launch a pilot together for a small team or do a full-fledged launch for the entire company. Before the launch, we make sure to record the expectations from the launch and the main metrics that we want to monitor. We carry out “zero” measurements to more objectively assess the impact of our work.
The final stage
We regularly measure the effectiveness of the service and collect feedback from employees.
Psychologically healthy employees get sick less often, miss work less frequently, and are generally more productive. Research shows that corporate psychology can reduce sick leave by up to 18% per year. By overcoming anxiety, a person becomes 36% more productive. Psychological business consulting is a competitive advantage that attracts valuable personnel.
Estimate the size of your team that will use the service. Use the average employee engagement rate of 3−5% as a basis. According to our experience, this is the percentage of people in a company who utilize psychological services. Determine the support format. The conditions can be varied, for example, you can cover:
The first consultation. This will help employees take the first step toward resolving their issues.
Several sessions per month. This will allow them to undergo a course of therapy and achieve more sustainable results.
You can choose to compensate the full cost of the sessions or a portion of it. In the latter case, the employee will cover part of the cost themselves. You can also simply leave a request on our website, and our team will help calculate an estimated budget.
Management operates with numbers. Provide them with research that proves the effectiveness of psychological support, along with examples of successful implementations in other organizations. We will provide you with a presentation containing data on the effectiveness of corporate psychology and case studies of companies that have utilized the services of our center. We will prepare an individualized budget calculation. Submit a request, and we will consult you on all your questions.
There are several main reasons why an in-house psychologist is not as effective as working with independent platforms:
Workload: An in-house psychologist can see a limited number of employees and typically cannot dedicate more than 2−3 sessions per employee. The larger the company and the more widespread the geography and time zones, the less effective an in-house psychologist becomes.
Confidentiality: Employees may feel a lack of trust and fear that their employer might access information from their sessions when working with an in-house psychologist. This fear of information leaks can prevent employees from seeking help.
Conflict of Interest: When there are only 1−2 psychologists on staff, it is difficult to avoid conflicts of interest when working with both supervisors and subordinates, making it hard to maintain neutrality.
Limited Expertise: A single psychologist cannot be proficient in all therapeutic methods that might be required to work with different individuals.
The employee completes a brief survey, the results of which allow us to understand their general condition and preferences for a specialist (gender, age, experience in certain areas, etc.). After this, the employee selects suitable dates and times for the session. Our system then matches the employee with the most appropriate specialist, and we send the employee an invitation for an online call at the chosen date and time.
Mental health issues require a delicate approach, so we guarantee complete confidentiality in all interactions. A corporate psychologist does not share clients' personal data with the employer. The employer receives access to anonymized statistics, such as average service ratings, psychologist evaluations, and trends in service usage. Access to this anonymized information is limited to a select group of individuals, including the HR specialist, accountant, and manager.
We typically provide the following information:
Average Ratings: The management can learn the average rating of the service, the psychologists, and the overall employee satisfaction level.
Common Requests: We provide anonymized information about the most frequent issues employees seek help for. We can also provide information on the number of sessions and the number of active users in the period.
Anonymous statistics help management understand the concerns of their employees and take measures to improve working conditions and effective management.
